Edible Oil Refinery

India imports around 67% edible oil as per domestic consumption, area under oilseed production specially soybean seed is growing year by year, India has huge potential in edible oil industry considering edible oil requirement is estimated at 32-34 million tons by 2022.

All edible oils obtained from the process with multiple stages like cleaning, rendering, solvent extraction and refining. The objective of refining is to remove the objectionable co-constituents in the oil with the least possible damage to the glycerides and minimal loss of desirable constituents. Refining is used to make the oil suitable for human consumption, through successive steps: it must be degummed, neutralised, bleached, deodorised and winterized.

We recently commissioned world class edible oil refinery plant with capacity of 150 TPD at Latur (Maharashtra) with help of world renowned De Smet Engineers & Contractors. We implemented "next‐generation" oil refining process and technologies and increased degree of automation to produce premium quality refined oil. We produce wide range of premium refined edible oil products including Soya, Sunflower, Mustard and Cotton oil.
